Account terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One person or legal entity per account
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
Free trials last 7 days — no credit card required
You can cancel anytime via the billing portal
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial months

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Impersonate another person or entity

Intellectual property

The analysis, structure, and presentation of our reports are our intellectual property. The underlying public data (Reddit posts, etc.) remains the property of its original authors and platforms.

Our reports are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our analysis or the commercial viability of any opportunity identified. Business decisions based on our reports are your sole responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1U4X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
